JOB is a Regenerative Community Organism — a new kind of entity where members contribute more than money and receive more than a service. You join the organism. You build the field. And the field takes care of you.
This isn't a subscription. It's a participation model. You're in as long as you're alive in the organism — guiding, contributing, building.
Time, skills, presence, introductions, ideas. Whatever you have to give. JOB tracks it all — not as surveillance, but as memory. So the organism knows what's alive and who gave what.
Your contributions feed experiments, projects, and other members. Successful experiments become their own investable entities. The network gets stronger with every contribution.
JOB remembers. The intro you made becomes points toward a Magic Show. The skill you shared opens access to a grant or a residency. Not transactional — reciprocal. Points reflect contribution, not financial return.
JOB is bound by an RCO agreement that locks its purpose permanently. The mission can never be sold, acquired, or diluted. And when the guiding question is answered — or no longer needs asking — the organism composts itself on purpose. IP becomes commons. Infrastructure becomes soil for whatever grows next.
